My puppy has red, bumpy ears. Could it be yeast? Natural remedies?

Both of my pup’s ears are red and icky inside. Looks like a yeast infection? He’s not itching them and there’s no loose liquid, only white red and brown bumps on the crease of his ear. i was thinking of just washing them with a warm cloth but I don’t want to irritate them. I’m interested in natural remedies if you know of any.

I would recommend cleansing with an alcohol ear cleanser to disolve the wax and discharge and help to clean the ear removing any debris and possible build up of yeast; I recommend using daily until clean and once to twice weekly thereafter in order to prevent build up and limit the risk of infection which would require medications
