I have an albino leopard gecko thats about a year old. I noticed when i first got him that he kept one eye shut but i didnt think anything of it. But recently I’ve seen that the pupil in the eye that he kept closed is extremely constricted. He seems to have a heard time keeping that eye open and the other pupil doe not constricted with the other pupil. In other words the pupils are not working together. He seems to be in pain, what can I do?

It may have been due to injury or infection. Being an albino, it may also be genetic or congenital. If he keeps it closed, it is likely painful. Have him examined by your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles. If it is infection, antibiotics may help resolve the situation and provide relief.
