My dog bites a lot from past abuse. How can I manage his behavior?

My dog bits a lot what should I do to deal with this I. Don't want to put him down he had a very bad start to his life his first owner beat him and tied him up in plastic bags

Poor baby! I would consider putting him on an anti-anxiety Medicine as the biting is likely fear or anxiety driven. Your vet should be able to prescribe this. You can also have a behaviorist evaluate him to help get tools and advice on the best meds and training for him. Training and behavior is very in depth and without an evaluation it is difficult to say exactly wha needs to be done. I hope this helps.
