Why is my cat losing weight, eating well, and acting tired?

I’ve noticed the past couple weeks that my cat never really gains weight but rather is always loosing it, she eats very well. Today she seemed very down and not as active. What can be the cause of this ? Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed
