My 8 month old puppy testicles are really irritated . He is in pain when he tries to sit . Yesterday it was a scab and now it’s cherry red, doesn’t let me really examine it.

Poor Morty! His scrotum does look very inflamed, potentially secondary to a hot spot or superficial bacterial infection. If his actual testicles seem swollen this could be a sign of an infection or even a testicular torsion. I would recommend seeing your veterinarian- they can palpate the testicles and potentially prescribe medications to help. In the meantime I’d recommend using an e-collar to prevent him from causing further damage by licking.
