Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 5 months and 1 day old | 15 lbs

Hi there, I am having a litter of puppies of 4, each in good health with 3 months of age. I used to feed them with milk and rice and twice a week with chicken meat, bones etc. Out of four, one them which was very active among all suddenly puked, whose smell was so bad, it was intolerable. N after a day n two, the dog went down, nt movin, n standing in same place 4 much time n died next day. The same is happening with other two dogs, being weak n not barking at all, behaving very strange.

This sounds very suspicious for parvo virus which would be common in unvaccinated pups, but there are many other possible causes. Intensive medical treatment is required for nay cases of severe gastrointestinal disease in young pups as they do not have the reserves to cope with severe vomiting, infection and dehydration. I recommend emergency treatment of the remaining pups in order to stabilise their condition as they are also likely to succumb to this fatal infection
