Pet's info: Dog | Blue Heeler | Male | unneutered | 13 lbs
I have a blue healer puppy. I have concerns about him including redeyes, and frequent panic attacks. I’m not sure what causes the red eyes or if these are really panic attacks. My puppy is usually lovable and will randomly seclude himself and pant violently

Hi there and thank you for your post! Based on your description, the red eyes could be due to allergies, an eye infection or anxiety. I would recommend trying naturvet Quiet Moments calming chews with melatonin which you can find online or at your local Petco. The eyes may resolve on their own if this is an allergy, but if they continue to be red or worsen then I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at him so that the most appropriate Diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns that you may have and I would be more than happy to help you further.
