With the appropriate treatment under direct veterinary supervision and hospitalization, patients suffering from parvovirus have a fair to good chance to survival. While some patients do succumb to the illness, most getting the best possible treatment will pull through though it can take 7-10 days in the hospital at times. These facts and figures are from my experiences practicing in my geographic region. Facts may be different in India, which might make a local vet more capable of answering your question with greater precision. I hope Winter pulls through!
