My 2 yr old chihuahua has a little puffiness under his right eye. No other syy.

It's not possible to tell what this is without seeing it, but it could be due to conjunctivitis, an injury, swollen gland, or something stuck under the eyelid. Conjunctivitis can be caused by a few different infections, or dust and debris in the eye. For this reason, I recommend taking Milo to the vet sometime in the next day or two. They will be able to better inspect the eye and provide the most appropriate treatment. For now, you can flush the eye 3-4 times a day with saline (can get this at the supermarket or pharmacy in the eye care section) to help clean and soothe it.
