My cat has a runny nose and is having a hard time breathing out of her nose. She also is sneezing and he one eye looks like cherry eye. She gave birth to kittens a week ago. What can I get her to make her better?

Poor Jekyll. It sounds like she may have an upper respiratory infection, which is a common problem in cats. She will likely need prescription antibiotics to treat this, so I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam when you are able to. In the meantime, you can try bringing her into the bathroom with you while you take a shower - the steam and humidity often help to temporarily relieve nasal congestion, and may make her feel a bit better until you are able to see the vet.
