My dog has a hard lump on her head. Should I take her to the vet?

Pixie has a hard lump abou a centimeter in diameter on the back of her head on her skull between her ears. Its like a hard bump on a human after a knock. It has been there for three weeks, not changed at all, we thought it may go down. No sign of injury or broken skin. It just appeared. Any idea? It doesnt wobble, nor is it hot or like an abscess. She is her usual self, everything normal. Cant take a photo ad it doesnt show due to her coat. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 2 years and 2 months old | 9 lbs
