Hi My dog has cataracts in one eye and lost the sight in that eye. The colour of the eye was blue cloudy as a result. However that colour has turned red tonight. what does this mean? is it serious? any advise would be greatly appreciated

You are describing a condition called hyphema, a hemorrhage in the eye. You should take Penny to a vet for an exam as this may be painful and a sign of some change in the eye that may need antiinflammatory or antibiotic medication.
