Why is my older spayed dog leaking urine despite medication?

Have been giving my female dog propalin-3x a day. She is starting to leak again. Is there something else I can give that would work? She is 9 years old, spayed and weighs approximately 20 lbs. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed | 20 lbs

There is a different medication or you can ask your vet about such as as estrogen supplement. You can also consider changing the dose of the medicine you are on to see if that helps. I would also have her urine and blood work checked for an infection or diabetes or kidney disease that may be contributing
