Why are my dog's testicles enlarged, brown, flaky, and smelly?

My dog has enlarged testicular that are going brown & flaky he was traumatised by workmen plus there's a smell of him can I buy antibiotics

Your dog's testicles look seriously enlarged. There could be several causes such as infection, testicular abscess, and he could also have a testicular tumor or torsion. This is not something you can diagnose and antibiotics will have to be tailored to the correct diagnosis and will not work for a tumor or other non-infectious cause of the enlargement. Please take Bailey to your vet ASAP or one of the emergency rooms today. This is likely to be very painful.
