Dog hit by car, won't go to bathroom. Is she just sore or worse?

My dog was rolled by a truck around 3 yesterday I took her to the local veterinarian and he said it looked like just bad scraps and bruises but she won’t go out to the bath room she’s eating drinking and moving around some I don’t know if she’s just to sore to go down the steps or if there could be a problem but local vet is closed till Monday. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 55 lbs

You should monitor her closely, make sure she does not become lethargic, if she does not urinate by tomorrow you must take her to the emergency vet to have an ultrasound done, if she is not defecating you will need to take her to your vet on Monday.
