Dog ate chocolate, vomited, bloated after water. Take back to vet?

my dog ate chocolate last night so we took her tot the vet and the vet did X-rays and blood work, they made her throw up most of the chocolate and the vet told us to slowly introduce food and water. today she's eaten a little today but when i gave her water she wouldn't stop crying till i gave her more, she became bloated again after drinking the water then threw up twice, should i take her back to the vet? She is a year and a half chihuahua. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 5 lbs

If the vomiting continues than you should call your vet and let him/her know. Your vet may want to prescribe an anti-vomiting medication, antacid, and/or gastrointestinal protectant. Your vet may also want to repeat bloodwork to make sure her values are still normal.
