Why does my dog have hard lumps under her fur on her back and legs?

Hello I have a 7 month old american bulldog and I've noticed over the last few days that she has hard little lumps under her fur on her back and back legs. I currently don't have the money to take her to a clinic and am so worried it could be something serious. I hope you can help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 40 lbs

She could have an infection or an allergic dermatitis. If you can't take her to a vet than you could bathe her with a dog shampoo, like Epi-soothe and see if that helps. If not, she needs to be seen by a vet as she may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, and/or a corticosteroid to treat.
