My dog is lethargic, not eating, and vomiting. What's wrong?

My Beagle isn't eating or drinking and is very lethargic plus she just started puking up clear stuff and I am very worried

I am so sorry Lyla isn't feeling well. The vomiting and lethargy could be secondary to an infection such as parvovirus, parasites or a gastrointestinal obstruction. You should have Lyla examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible. You can try to offer pedialyte and baby food.

    Poor Lyla! I see that she isn't spayed, and I would be extremely concerned that she could have a pyometra causing her symptoms. A pyometra is a life threatening infection of the uterus, and it requires immediate veterinary attention. Other causes of her symptoms include a GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. Due to the risk of a pyometra and the fact that it is fatal without treatment, it's best that Lyla is seen by a vet now. I would take her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now.
