My dog has a scabby white lump on his neck. Should I see a vet?

I found a small white lump on tricks neck it had a scab on it and its in the same area he had an infected hit spot which required antibiotics its above the area he also got a wart on a foot as a pup should I get it checked now or keep eye on it and see what happens. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | 2 years and 8 months old

If it doesn't seem to bother him than you could monitor it for a few days and see how it changes. You could clean the area with an antiseptic wound cleaner and apply an antibiotic ointment and see if it resolves. If not, have your vet take a look at it to determine the cause. Your vet can do a needle aspirate to help diagnose and then recommend a treat. He may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, or it may need to be removed.
