Poor Queen! I would be very concerned that her bleeding is due to a pyometra. This is a life threatening infection of the uterus, and it would also cause her to be very lethargic and not want to eat. A pyometra is fatal without treatment, and I would have Queen seen by a vet immediately. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays to diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated. If she does have a pyometra, spaying her is part of the recommend treatment. Please take her into a vet now.
