My small dog ate cooked pork bones, vomiting and shivering. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 lbs

I have a 60+ lbs and 6 lbs dog who ate cooked pork bones. They went and I do not see blood. But my 6 lbs been vomiting all night and shivering. My 60+ lbs is acting normal so far. What steps should I take to monitor them?

Given that Harmony has been vomiting all night, she should be a vet immediately. Pork should never be fed to dogs because the high fat content can cause pancreatitis, and the vomiting can be symptomatic of that. The bones could also be causing the vomiting, as they can cause obstruction in the GI tract. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, a urinalysis, and x-rays to diagnose what is causing Harmony's vomiting and can treat her for it. Please find a vet on call to see her now or take her into an ER vet.
