My dog's cold is worse, wheezing, and nose bleeding. What should I do?

I have posted before about winston having a cold and being presxribed clavamox. He has been on it about 5 days now and his symptoms has not went away he is still obsessively sneezing and now sounds so co gested and his nose is so stuffed up he is wheezing amd seems yo be having trouble breathing. When i got off today i noticed his nose had been bleeding and when he sneezed there was blood on the floor. What can i do?!?!? I feel so bad for him

You should call your vet and give him/ her an update. It could be a viral infection or he could have an allergy, foreign body or mass in his nasal cavity. If he is wheezing and having trouble breathing he may need an anti-inflammatory, bronchodilator, or other medication to help him breathe easier. Your vet can you do an examination and take an x-ray, if needed, to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. If his signs persist he may need to have a rhinoscopy to help diagnose. Please call your vet and have him rechecked.
