My 9 month old male puppy got neutered today, he urinated when we got home but shows no desire to urinate again. Is this normal?

Yes, it can be normal. It's a good sign that Tucker urinated already when he got home, and it could be that he simply doesn't have to urinate again. It would be concerning if he didn't urinate at all today after the surgery, but urinating once shows that things are working as they should. I wouldn't be concerned about this, but you can monitor him to be safe, and if he hasn't urinated again in 24 hours, then I would have him seen by a vet. I hope this helps and Tucker recovers well from his neutering :-)
