My dog ate chocolate and is acting strange. Will she be okay?

My dog ate about 4oz of assorted chocolate she was very hyper and wanted lots of water. This was 6 hrs ago. Her nose is warm and now she is laying around. WI'll she be ok. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 9 months and 21 days old | 55 lbs

Being hyper and having excessive thirst are both signs of chocolate toxicity, and given that Rainey was showing these signs, it's best that she sees a vet immediately. It can take up to 24 hours for additional signs of chocolate toxicity to occur, and she does need treatment for it now. I can't say for sure if she will be ok because I can't see her in person, and having her evaluated and treated by a vet is the best way to know if she will be ok. Please bring Rainey into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now.
