My dog's stomach wound is getting bigger and deeper. What should I do?

My friends dog has a hole in her stomach, we think she was shot with a co2 gun, there is no metal Bibi or plastic Bibi in her stomach, but it also is getting bigger and deeper so we think something is eating at her stomach

Oh dear! A wound like this in the abdomen can be very serious, so I would recommend having Princess seen by a vet today for an exam. At the very least, it sounds like she needs an antibiotic and some anti-inflammatory medication to treat the wound. If the wound is deep enough to penetrate the abdominal wall, she may also need more intensive care for peritonitis (a severe infection of the abdominal cavity), such as hospitalization or even surgery to flush the wound and repair any internal damage that may be present.
