My dog is picky, vomited, and groggy after eating. Is he sick?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 9 months and 26 days old | 10.5 lbs

Philip stopped eating his freeze dried food yesterday, was picky with other flavors of it and finally vomited the little bit of freeze dried chicken I gave him at night. He was hungry later so I fed him warmed up duck.he ate that.in the morning I gave him a bit more duck and he reluctantly ate that too.but when he was again hungry he didn't touch any of the raw foods and only ate some of his old canned food. he has pooped and is active-ish.but seems groggy after eating.is he sick?should we c vet

I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled white fish and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
