My dog eats poop, has diarrhea, and won't gain weight. Could it be worms?

I have a gsd dog 2 yrs his ptoblem is he eat their own pop . And their digstive systm r not fine he does . 5 7 tym stool in a day and he not gaining weight. Any worms ?in his stomach. But what kind of warm tape worm heart worm i cant undrstand in my area i have no vet doc so can yu he me

It does sound like your dog has intestinal worms if he's eating his poop all the time and he's not gaining weight. He will need a deworming treatment, I recommend Panacur. You can find it online and in pet stores. He will need two courses of treatment two weeks apart, and then will need a treatment every three months to prevent worms from coming back. It this doesn't help his symptoms, then you will need to find the closest vet to you to see him.
