I have a four year old rescue small dog. I have had him for two years and recently has has started pooping in the house due to our very rainy season. Started locking him in the bathroom and tiday he growled and bit my hand when I tried to pick him up. he has never been aggressive before today. What do I do now?

Have your vet take a look at him to make sure he is not experiencing pain. He could have back or neck pain and your vet can do an examination to check for pain and then prescribe an anti-inflammatory/pain medications to help. If your vet can't locate any pain than you could talk to him/her about trying an anti-anxiety medication, like Trazodone, to see if that helps. You could also try an Adaptil collar to help relieve any stress and anxiety. http://www.adaptil.com/us/#redirected
