My dog hates kibble. Can I feed her homemade meat and veggies?

My yorkie mix does not like her kibble. .any brand. She steals the cat kibble though. She loves veggies (no onion) and cooked ground beef, turkey, and chicken. Will this be enough for her to stay healthy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 8 months and 3 days old | 6 lbs

The problem with homemade diets is that they are very difficult to get the correct balance of nutrients Kiki needs to stay healthy, and having just veggies and meat will not be enough.
