My pet is vomiting, not eating or drinking. Should I go to the vet?

She has threw up 8 times in a few hrs her vomit was white now yellow hasn't ate or drank since yesterday morning do I need to take her to vet?

If she is lethargic as well as not eating or drinking, she should be seen by your veterinarian. An exam and diagnostics (blood work, xrays) can be done to diagnose the cause. At the very least, supportive care (IV or subcutaneous fluids, anti emetics, etc.) may be administered. If she is bright and alert, you can try withholding food for 24 hours. Allow small, frequent amounts of unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts. Once the vomiting ceases, transition slowly to her regular diet. If the vomiting does not stop or if she develops other symptoms then she will need to see your veterinarian.
