Why is there a red, growing bump on my dog's ear that looks like a pimple?

I just noticed a red bump on top of my labs ear the other day. I checked it again today and it seemed to have gotten bigger. Looks like a pimple but no center to be seen. Cant see a bite either. No puss or anything. And it is very red. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 5 years and 7 months old | 90 lbs

It could be an aural haematoma. If this is the case, the blister will contain blood and it is likely secondary to shaking his head or/and scratching of the ear. I would recommend to have him checked over by your vet, he might have an ear infection that requires treatment.
