Why is my dog lethargic, vomiting, and has a painful lump on her neck?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 6 years and 4 months old | 98 lbs

So my dog has been acting very strange recently and has been very lazy..Also there is this lump or bump near her neck that seems to cause pain when touched also a few nights ago she started throwing up aggressively making a sound that was super scary and threw up repeated times please Help

Your pet sounds very ill. A lump on her neck could be a swollen lymph node. She could have a bacterial or fungal infection, immune mediated condition, or even neoplasia (lymphoma) has to be considered. I would highly suggest taking her in to see your local vet for an exam and diagnostic testing to determine the underlying cause. Once we know what is going on with her internally, then we will know how best to treat her condition. At the very least the vet can examine her, see if she is stable, and get her on anti-vomit medication and potentially antibiotics if an infection is suspected.
