Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Female | unspayed | 1 year old
My dog keeps digging at the wall whenever we leave her alone. It's getting really frustrating and I'm just wondering what to do

It sounds like she is experiencing some separation anxiety when you leave. You could try an Adaptil collar and see if that helps. Also, providing her with distractions while you are gone may help. You could try a puzzle toy, treat dispensing toy, or fill a kong. Also, you could try to crate her. Spaying her may help, too. Lastly, talk to your vet about an anti-anxiety medication, like Trazodone or Prozac to see if that helps.
