My cat's URI won't go away after antibiotics. What can I do?

I have taken in an 8 year old cat that has upper respiratory problems. I took her to the vet and he gave me an antibiotic. That was taken and she seems a little better but she stills has it. She does eat and drink, so that is not the problem. I have been giving her a product called Respiratory Support from Only Natural Pet and also a powder called Immune Support. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now. Do you have any other advice? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 6 lbs
