Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | unspayed

Well my cat was in heat from nov 15 to nov 22 and she got out on the 18 and 19, she is very prego but I'm trying to figure out when she's going to have the kitties, she's been sleeping a lot, very affectionate, she has crusty stuff around the outside of her vulva, she has been licking a lot but her belly is too big to reach her back end, also this morning she did go in the box I have setup for her and I noticed this morning her belly has dropped, just wondering if I should take the day off as I

She is due within the next 2 to 3 days including today. Give her a towel in the box and basically let her do her thing. Do not disturb her too often, just look in on her once in a while. Here is a good article: https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/breeding-and-queening-cats

It sounds as though Jynx is getting ready to give birth any time now. You can certainly take off work if it will give you a peace of mind. Most cats will deliver kittens without assistance. It is important to give her space and quiet. Check on her occasionally. If she does not produce kittens by the evening, you may want to contact your veterinarian and alert them as to what is going on.
