Misty might have a urinary blockage, you must take him to the vet urgently in order to get it checked, if he is blocked he will need to have a urinary catheter placed to de-block him for a start, then later on he might need surgery in order to remove the stones from his bladder.

    This sign could be due to a urinary tract obstruction (very commonly due to a stone or urinary crystals) and ideally should be checked as soon as possible by your local veterinarian as it is indeed a medical and possibly surgical emergency.
