Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 13 years old | 17 lbs
Hi, I have a 13 years old female cat and I don´t really know if she is drinking too much water. She likes me to give her water in the garden hose and I cannot measure the amount. She asks twice a day for water. She goes to her box no more than 3 times a day. She has no other symptom . Eats well, sleeps, chases insects at night. I have a 500m2 closed garden so she can only interact with a 15 years old female cat and two dogs. She cannot go out in the street and we live in a sea and green zone .

If she is only urinating 3 times a day than she probably is not drinking too much water. Your vet could check a urine sample to see if she has dilute urine which would be an indicator that she is drinking too much water.
