Why are scabs and lumps spreading on my kitten's head and body?

hello, I've noticed in the last week our 13 week old kitten is getting little lump like scabs on her head that have now spread to her body.

It sounds like she has a dermatitis which could be from a skin infection, allergies, fleas, mites, etc. You could bathe her with a cat shampoo and see if that helps. If she has any fleas than she should be treated with a flea medication, like Revolution, Frontline, etc. She may also need an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory to help treat the problem so you could have your vet take a look at her. Once diagnosed, your vet can prescribe medications to help treat the problem.
