Why is my house-trained puppy peeing on the bed right after going out?

My 10ms old snorkie has pee'd on our bed twice now after going outside 30 minutes before. I'm lost as to why a house trained dog would do this. This is my first puppy. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 11 months and 5 days old | 14 lbs

I'm sorry Tank is peeing on your bed! When a previously house trained dog suddenly starts having accidents in the home, it can be a sign of medical illness such as a UTI or bladder stones. I would have Tank seen by a vet in the morning. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, and a urinalysis to diagnose if he does have a medical illness causing him to urinate on the bed, and can treat him for it.
