My two female dogs, mother and daughter, are fighting. What's causing it?

I have had two beagle mix dogs for about 7 years now. They are mother and daughter so they have been together almost their whole lives. Here recently they are fighting a lot. The daughter is keeping the mother out of the dog house. What could be wrong with them?

It could be territorial aggression related to hormones. If both are not spayed, hormonal surges can cause them to fight, especially if there is an area both dogs like to lay down in. I would recommend having them both spayed, as that will help cut down in aggressive behaviors caused by hormones.
