Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 4 months old | 16 lbs
I gave my 16 week old Staffy a bowl of adult dog food after trying numerous stores to find his usual Puppy Complete dog food. Asda (where I normally buy it from) didn't have any in stock, and neither did Jollyes or Tesco. He has done a really loose poo a couple of hours after eating. He is still energetic and drinking plenty water. What should I feed him if I can't get him any of his usual food tomorrow? Also, will his stomach settle if I keep him away from food until morning?

Diet change can cause some stomach/intestinal upset. You could feed him a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice until you can get his regular food. If the loose stool continues than have your vet take a look at him. Your vet can prescribe medications to help.
