Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 9 days old | 2 lbs
I adopted a kitten on December 31 2016. She was vet checked on December 27 2016 and given first round of imunazations. She seemed fine but I noticed a sneeze. I figured allergies because of going under furniture and dust. However today it has gotten worse and is turning green. I have gotten some eye buggers from lower inside part of eyes. She is eating playing and using litter box but seems to have a cold. I'm concerned about herpes. We have another cat but he is up to date on vaccination.

It is possible that Chocolate has herpes, as many cats are born with herpes these days. There are some things you can do for her at home to help with her symptoms of the respiratory infection. First, you can try starting her on an L-lysine supplement - this is an amino acid that has been shown to help the immune system fight off respiratory infections more effectively. Enisyl and Viralys are both good brands, and can be purchased over the counter without a prescription - just follow the dosing instructions on the label based on your cat's weight. If she's congested, you can also try using a humidifier or bringing her into the bathroom with the door closed while you take a hot shower - the steam and humidity help to break up congestion and temporarily relieve symptoms associated with respiratory infections. I'd also recommend having Chocolate checked out by a vet, as the vet may be able to prescribe some medications to help her symptoms as well.
