My dog has Giardia, won't eat, and is getting worse. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 7 months old | 14 lbs

I have a 4 year old chihuahua/poodle mix - he refuses to eat and drink, losing weight, prefers to stay sleeping, he's lethargic, vomiting white bile sometimes green, also seems off his balance from lack of appetite. We took him to the vet who diagnosed him as having girardia disease he's been vaccinated and came out negative for Parvo virus. We've been giving him the vet medications but nothing seems to change he's just getting worse.

Another type if infection (probably bacterial secondary to the Giardia infection) is probably present and antibiotics should be used. Supportive nutritional treatment is eventually needed as well. It sounds like immediate intervention is required.
