How to stop my dog from eating its own poop and affecting appetite?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 11 months old

My dog eats it's own poop. It's so disgusting and I cannot figure out the time when it poops. And I feel it is affecting it's appetite. Please help?

Dogs will eat their own stool out of boredom, curiosity or in an attempt to balance a nutritional deficiency. Review Mike's diet to ensure adequate nutrition. Leash walk him regularly and restrict access to the yard if there is stool outside. You can use a food additive such as FOR-BID to prevent this behavior. Purchase it from your vet or in most pet stores.
