My cat's face is swollen after a fight. Is it a hematoma or infection?

Cat was scratched on the ear while rough housing with his brother. I believe turned into a hematoma. Woke up this morning and he has swelling on his lover face/neck on the same side. Do I need to take him to a vet asap? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered
