I have a dog that seems to be having stomach issues. Her stomach is gurgly, bad gas, licking the air, and gulping. She eats grass, I assume to help her throw up, however her stomach issues got worse and I ended up pulling a 2 foot long glob of tangled grass she couldn't pass out of her. That was a week ago and now she's showing the same symtoms. I'm not entirely sure what to do. Should I change her diet?

It sounds like she is naseous so she really should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. She could have inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, etc. Your vet may want to try her on a gastrointestinal diet, probiotic, antacid, and anti-nausea medications to see if that helps.
