My pomchi won't eat for days & has weird poop. Should I see a vet?

Why does my pomchi's poop look weird and why hasnt she ate for 4 days? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 years and 2 months old | 12 lbs

If she has not eaten in 4 days, this could explain why her poop looks irregular. I am not concerned about the stool, I am more concerned about why she has not eaten in 4 days. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would start with testing her blood to see if there are any abnormalities and consider abdominal x-rays if the blood test is normal. I hope Zoee feels better soon!
