My dog is throwing up a lot. Is it time for an urgent vet visit?

My dog was throwing up last night, I have him some water and mixed in some rice with his food and when I went to check on him this morning he had thrown up so much that it covered the floor of his kennel completely. Should I be taking him to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 115 lbs

Poor Diablo. Yes, I would recommend taking him to the vet if he is vomiting such a large amount. There are a number of things that can cause vomiting, so your vet can decide if it is something serious or not. Hopefully Diablo just needs some medicine to stop the vomiting. Good luck!
