One of my favorite products for paws is called Mushers Secret ( http://www.musherssecret.net/ ). It is very thick and moisturizing, but does not have a strong scent or flavor to it, so most dogs will not lick their feet after applying it. There are a number of other good products on the market as well. Many people like coconut oil, but I find that it is too greasy and causes my dogs to lick their feet after it is applied. Be sure that Chance is on a good quality puppy food as well because that will help long term. Good luck! I hope that was helpful. Thanks for using PetCoach.

Yes, there are a couple of products available for dogs with rough and dry paw pads. Musher's Secret is great for dry paw pads, and it can be used year round for protection of Cookie's paws. Other products include Paw Soother and PawTection. You can get these items off the internet or your local pet shop may carry them. I hope this helps!

One of my favorite products for dry paw pads is Musher's Secret. It is meant to be a protection barrier for the paw pads, but I have found that it is very moisturing and does not cause dogs to lick their feet after applying it. http://www.musherssecret.net Some people recommend coconut oil, but I have found that to be less moisturizing and that dogs really lick their feet after applying it. I hope that was helpful! Thanks for using PetCoach.
