Why is my Chihuahua lethargic, not eating, and having diarrhea?

My six year old Chihuahua hasn't been eating she won't go to the bathroom outside she's had a runny bowel she is very lethargic and she's not acting herself what should I do for her I don't have any money and I'm scared. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 3 months old | 6 lbs

Unfortunately those symptoms are quite severe and they could be caused by more than one disease, for this reason it's not possible to treat her without at least having her checked by a vet, and she will probably need a blood test as well. If money is an issue please contact a dog charity in your area of living, thy should be able to help.
